- What is the billing minimum?
- To avoid zero-activity accounts, we apply a monthly minimum per product: Clock Starter €30, Clock Pro €60, Clock Business €120. Free has no minimum.
- Does the Free plan have a time limit?
- No. The Free tier is permanent, not a 14-day trial. You can use it indefinitely until you need more features.
- What is the benefit of the annual plan?
- The annual plan gives a 15–20% discount over monthly. It is billed once a year. You can switch to monthly at renewal.
- Can I change my plan at any time?
- Yes. Plan changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No penalties for downgrading.
- What counts as an 'employee' in Clock and a 'user' in CRM?
- In Clock, an employee is anyone with active access who can clock in. In CRM, a user is anyone with access to the panel.
- Why is Plexum more transparent than Sesame or Factorial?
