From school catering to multi-tenant SaaS
Plexum grew from a concrete experience: two years building the internal operations platform for a real school catering company in Catalonia. A 24-sheet Excel, formulas that broke every week, scattered scripts nobody understood...
Until everything was connected in one system: FastAPI, SQLite, AI agents. Orders, production, delivery notes and HACCP in one place. Daily management time dropped from 1h30 to 20 minutes.
That experience produced a conviction: SMEs do not need more generic SaaS. They need code that speaks their language. Plexum is that — and now also a platform so other businesses can benefit from the same rigour.
